There were multiple pro- and anti-refugee protests last Saturday in Warsaw and Gdansk, Poland.
Pictures taken by Nguyen Thai Linh, a Vietnamese pro-refugee blogger in Warsaw for BBC Vietnamese show hundreds of Polish and people from foreign background were marching in Central Warsaw in rains.
They were holding banners that read 'Refugees Welcome' in white-and-red colours of Polish national flag.
At the same time, there was a large anti-migrant protest in a different part of Polish capital.
According to Reuters, anti-migrant demonstrators punched a dark-skinned pedestrian in the Polish capital on Saturday before they were pulled away by the protest organizer's' own security guards.
The demonstrators chanted "The whole of Poland sings with us," "Stop the Islamisation of Europe," and anti-EU obscenities.
