margin-top: 6px;"> กลุ่มคนที่มากับรถจักรยานยนต์ขบวนนั้นบอกกับผู้สื่อข่าวว่า พวกเข<span class="text_exposed_show" style="display: inline;">ามารอรับแรงงานชาวเวียดนามที่ลักลอบข้ามแดนทุกวัน เพื่อเอาไปส่งให้กับโรงงานในเมืองต่างๆของจีนที่กำลังขาดแคลนแรงงาน ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่เป็นโรงงานในพื้นที่สามเหลี่ยมปากแม่น้ำจูเจียง (แม่น้ำเพิร์ล) ในมณฑลกวางตุ้งซึ่งอยู่ห่างออกไปถึง 700 กิโลเมตร และตอนนี้เขตดังกล่าวเป็นกำลังทางเศรษฐกิจและการผลิตที่สำคัญของจีน จนได้ชื่อว่าเป็น "โรงงานของโลก" ไปแล้ว</span></div> <div class="text_exposed_show" style="display: inline;"> <div style="margin-bottom: 6px;"> ในขณะที่ความต้องการแรงงานของจีนมีเพิ่มขึ้น การลักลอบนำแรงงานเวียดนามและแรงงานจากชาติเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้อื่นๆ ข้ามแดนมาโดย "แก๊งหัวงู" ขบวนการค้ามนุษย์รายใหญ่ของจีนก็มีเพิ่มขึ้นไปด้วย โดยจะแก๊งเหล่านี้จะปลอมบัตรประจำตัวให้แรงงานต่างชาติ หรือไม่ก็พาไปหลบซ่อนในโรงงานและไม่ให้ออกไปไหนมาไหน นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการหักค่าหัวคิวกับแรงงานแต่ละคนถึงกว่า 500 หยวน (ราว 2,500 บาท) ต่อเดือน และคิดค่าจัดส่งแรงงานกับเจ้าของโรงงานด้วย</div> <div style="margin-bottom: 6px; margin-top: 6px;"> การที่มีขบวนการลักลอบนำแรงงานต่างชาติ โดยเฉพาะแรงงานเวียดนามเข้าไปในจีนมากขึ้นนั้น สะท้อนถึงภาวะตีบตันของเศรษฐกิจจีนที่อาศัยการผลิตเพื่อส่งออกด้วยแรงงานราคาถูกเป็นหลัก อย่างไรก็ตาม ทุกวันนี้ค่าแรงที่เพิ่มขึ้นมากในจีน ทำให้ภาคการส่งออกต้องดิ้นรนหาแรงงานราคาถูกที่ไม่ได้รับสวัสดิการหรือการคุ้มครองใดๆจากภายนอกมาทดแทน ซึ่งต้องอาศัยแก๊งอาชญากรรมเป็นผู้จัดหา เนื่องจากค่าใช้จ่ายในส่วนนี้ก็ยังถูกกว่าการย้ายฐานการผลิตทั้งหมดไปเวียดนามหรือกัมพูชา โดยนายเจียนกวง เฉิน หัวหน้านักเศรษฐศาสตร์ของบริษัทหลักทรัพย์มิตซูโฮ เอเชีย แสดงความเห็นว่า ระบบเศรษฐกิจที่ใช้แรงงานราคาถูกของจีน ได้ช่วยอุดหนุนระบบเศรษฐกิจส่วนอื่นๆของโลกเอาไว้ด้วย แต่ก็ต้องแลกมาด้วยการกดขี่แรงงาน</div> <div style="margin-bottom: 6px; margin-top: 6px;"> ทั้งนี้ จีนไม่มีตัวเลขที่แน่นอนว่าแรงงานต่างชาติที่เข้ามาอย่างผิดกฏหมายมีอยู่ทั้งหมดเท่าใดแน่ แต่ในเขตอุตสาหกรรมตงกวนซึ่งเป็นเขตอุตสาหกรรมขนาดใหญ่ที่มีโรงงานนับหมื่นแห่ง คาดว่ามีแรงงานจำนวนนี้อยู่ราว 30,000 คน และปีที่แล้วมีรายงานถึงกรณีนี้กว่า 5,000 ราย โดยแรงงานเวียดนามยังคงต้องการข้ามมาทำงานในจีนกันอย่างมาก เนื่องจากได้ค่าแรงสูงกว่าในประเทศสองหรือสามเท่า</div> <div style="margin-bottom: 6px;
